Description
Ylang Ylang Complete Essential Oil (Cananga odorata)
Distilled from freshly harvested flowers on the tropical island of Nosy Be, Madagascar, Ylang Ylang Complete represents the full aromatic spectrum of the flower. Unlike the individual fractions (Extra, I, II and III), the Complete oil contains the entire distillation, producing a beautifully rounded fragrance with exceptional depth and balance.
Rich floral sweetness unfolds alongside creamy petals, ripe tropical fruit and soft balsamic warmth, creating one of the most recognisable aromas in natural perfumery. It is both luxurious and surprisingly versatile, pairing effortlessly with citrus, woods, spices, resins and delicate florals.

Gabriella Oils Evaluation
One of the finest natural floral oils available. Rich, creamy and beautifully balanced, the Complete grade offers more depth and complexity than the individual fractions while remaining exceptionally versatile in perfumery.
History
Native to Southeast Asia, ylang ylang has been cultivated throughout the Indian Ocean for generations, with Madagascar becoming one of the world's most respected producers. The volcanic island of Nosy Be, lying just off Madagascar's north-west coast, provides an ideal tropical climate for the fragrant yellow flowers of Cananga odorata.
The flowers are traditionally picked by hand early in the morning, when their fragrance is at its richest, before being distilled to capture their complex bouquet. For centuries ylang ylang has been used in perfumes, ceremonial oils and traditional body preparations, and today remains one of the defining floral ingredients in both classic and modern perfumery.
The Complete grade preserves the entire aromatic journey of the distillation, making it especially valued by artisan perfumers and aromatherapists seeking the flower's full natural character.
